Terms of Admission
| Candidates seeking admission for the first year foundation Course : |
a) |
Shall have passed the XII std. examination of Secondary Board, or any equivalent examination. |
b) |
Shall pass an aptitude test conducted by the Institute. |

Students of B.F.A. seeking admission in any of the four specializations after successfully completing the foundation course should make a fresh application for the required discipline.
Students completing the foundation course from any other university should obtain permission from the Ch. Charan Singh University, for admission to the IInd year (specializations) Students on transfer from any other university shall, while joining the college, produce the migration certificate relating to the previous examination, eligibility certificate, character certificate, transfer certificate etc.

Students seeking admission to the College shall apply in the prescribed application form available along with the prospectus for Rs.350/- either by cash or a crossed bank D.D. in favour of Institute of Fine Arts, payable at Modinagar, NCR of Delhi, an addition of Rs.50/- if it is to be sent by courier. |

Admission Fee
|
The Institute has two academic terms. The total fee along with the hostel fee (those who opt for hostel facilities) should be paid in full for the entire academic year at the time of admission for the respective year.
However, for convenience, the total fee including Hostel fee may be paid term wise, viz. in Ist term at the time of admission for the respective year and at the beginning of the IInd term immediately after the winter vacation. There shall not be any relaxation in this regard whatsoever the reason. If preintimated date is over, a fine will be levied on defaulters, which holds good for 15 days; in extreme cases, the name of the defaulting student shall be struck off from the roll. Fee once deposited will not be refunded, except the refundable security deposit on written request with one month prior notice. |
