Workshop

• IIFA had the privilege of having the presence of Mr. John Edwards, senior abstract Artist from U.K. for Guest Lecture-cum-Demonstration for 2-days on 30 th November and 1 st December 2006 to our Painting students. Students experienced very absorbing sessions of Mixed media Painting demonstration and C.D. presentation of his works executed in India from 2000 to 2006.
  
• Paintings of Ms. Prachi Johri exhibited in the show organized by Pedilite at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, New Delhi which was well received and appreciated.

Ms. Ankita Gopal, Mr. Neeraj Sharma and Mr. Vyom Prasun Ranjan, students of Painting Deptt. participated in a workshop conducted by Dr. Nirmalendu Das, Professor, Graphics Department, Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan, on printmaking techniques. The workshop was held in Graphic Studio of Garhi Artists Village, New Delhi from 10th February to 16th February 2006.
